How to Become an Early Bird Workout Person

Alright, guys. I’ve been trying to become an early bird workout person for a while now, but I’ve had no success! Sadly. So, I took to my Instagram Stories and asked YOU what your top tips are to do so. In today’s post, I’ve complied all of them to share with you. Hope these help!

  1. Go to sleep early (and consistently). We’re talking 10/10:30 p.m.

  2. Book a class that won’t refund you.

  3. Remember that you’ll feel more awake (and can enjoy some alone time when everyone else is still asleep).

  4. Set one alarm clock near your bed, and one further away from it.

  5. Lay out clothes and/or pack a bag the night before. 

  6. Chug water right when you wake up.

  7. Lay off technology starting at 9/9:30 p.m. the night before. 

  8. Take one day at a time. Don’t feel guilty if you don’t make it one day!

  9. Stand up RIGHT when your alarm goes off. 

  10. Treat yourself to a coffee or smoothie afterward. No workout, no treat!
