My Top Shelf Lately

It’s been a little while since I’ve shared some of my favorite products from my bathroom’s top shelf, so I figured I’d share with you guys today! Chicago has gotten much colder within the past few weeks so my skin is super dry and as a result, I’ve been switching up my routine a lot. As for makeup, I’ve been into a more natural look and I’ve probably been slacking on my haircare. Nevertheless, take a look below at what I’ve been into lately!

Ralph Lauren Woman

I have been so into fragrance lately! Though I usually struggle to find anything I LOVE, this past month I have continually stumbled upon a ton of fragrances I adore. My latest love is Ralph Lauren’s Woman. I initially smelled it in a magazine and quickly proceeded to grab a sample at Sephora. Boy, am I glad I have the bottle now! It’s a beautiful woodsy floral that reminds me of classic elegance and femininity without being overpowering.

Drunk Elephant T.L.C Framboos Glycolic Night Serum

I’ve had this product since July but didn’t really give it a chance until lately. I’ve had some bad breakouts the past month or so, leaving me with those dreaded acne scars. Thankfully, this AHA/BHA serum helps with that and ultimately reveals softer, more radiant skin. When I wake up after using it the night before, my skin is definitely softer. It’s the perfect fix for dullness, texture, and uneven skin tone!

Kristin Ess Weightless Shine Leave-In Conditioner

If you aren’t familiar, Kristin Ess is Lauren Conrad’s hairstylist and we all know how fabulous her hair is. So when I heard she was selling a line of products at Target, I knew I had to get my hands on at least one. My hair is thick, coarse, and long, which means a detangling spray is a MUST. This one smells amazing and surprisingly hydrates my hair while also keeping it soft and smooth. Plus, it’s only $10!

Steripod Toothbrush and Razor Protectors

I’m OBSESSED with Steripods! Austin initially introduced me to them a few years ago and now we both religiously keep one on each of our toothbrushes. They recently came out with razor protectors as well which are powered with an anti-rust zinc strip to keep your blades in tip-top shape (and sharper for longer). If your toothbrush is in your bathroom (who’s isn’t?), you hands-down need to be protecting it from all of that bacteria! Steripods are the best way to do that.

Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Overnight Hydrating Mask

Like I said before, Chicago has gotten so cold and dry! It’s pretty crazy. The heat and radiators indoors don’t exactly make a recipe for glowy, hydrated skin. I’ve tried out this overnight hydrating Kiehl’s mask and I like it a lot. When my skin needs just a bit more hydration than normal, this does the trick.
