12 Under $100: Block Heels

It’s time to say goodbye to classic stilettos and even the simple pump we know and love. Block heels are trending for spring and I’m personally quite excited about it! They’ve always been a classic, a true staple in anyone’s wardrobe, but lately, they seem to be popping up everywhere. I especially love the way my friend Cara Fries of Marvelous in the Midwest styled these hot pink ones from Sam Edelman (P.S. they’re under $100 too).

What’s great about block heels is they plant us more solidly on the ground and that’s definitely something I can get behind. Click continue reading below to see my 12 picks all under $100. Different styles, heights, colors, and price points but still all under $100 🙂

It’s no doubt spring brings blooms and plenty of colors. Many of these block heels come in various shades ranging from neutrals to bright pops of color. With a sturdy heel comes more opportunity to be adventurous in terms of style and color. Fashion has typically told us that a classic stiletto or pump is a great piece to have in a neutral color. Don’t get me wrong, the same goes for block heels or any other aspect of your wardrobe, but with a new trend I think it can be easier to have some fun.

I actually own the Steve Madden Irenee block heels in blush. It was hard to snag this color since it’s older and quite popular, but I recently bought them at a Steve Madden outlet while on spring break in Florida. Snag this color while you can! If you like a more pink nude shoe, they are on sale for $24.98 here in pink suede. I love them because they’re the perfect height at two inches making them perfect for dressing up or down.

I’m definitely eyeing the Vince Camuto ones as well. I think the wider strap over the toes is a bit more elegant and the higher heel makes it easier to style for a more formal function. One style of block heel I haven’t personally explored yet but want to soon is the mule! My friend Lexi of Al Plus Lex styled these bright, poppy red ones from Who What Wear at Target so well. I love the slip on aspect. So easy and effortlessly chic. What more can you ask for really?

These are all amazing! Definitely need to share this with my wife. She’s loving the low block heel trend and actively looking for some budget-friendly options. My favorites are the Macy’s one and the Vince Camuto one. Such great pieces! Thanks!
